Bridging Governance, Education & Digital Transformation
The International Conference on Public Administration and Education in the Era of Digital Governance brings together scholars, policymakers, educators, and practitioners from around the world to explore how digital transformation is reshaping the foundations of governance and learning in the 21st century.
As governments, universities, and civil society increasingly rely on digital tools for transparency, service delivery, and participation, understanding the intersection between public administration and education has become more crucial than ever.

- Submissions accepted in English only
- Abstract must not exceed 500 words
- Include: track, title, background, objectives, methodology, key findings, keywords (3–5)
- Include a short author bio (max 100 words) with affiliation and contact

Full Paper Submission
- Must not exceed 6000 words (excl. references, tables, figures)
- Accepted formats: academic papers, policy briefs, case studies
